Building & Managing The Joyce Centre for Partnership & Innovation 

At Mohawk College, Canada’s largest zero carbon institutional building opened in September 2018. The 96,000 ft² Joyce Centre for Partnership & Innovation incorporates leading-edge energy harvesting and conservation technologies and techniques. The Centre was built at no extra cost over a traditional building, was built quickly, and operates at well below the cost of a traditional building.  

Located on the Mohawk College campus in Hamilton, this unique, green building is a showcase for real time teaching of students, faculty, staff and community partners.  Interested parties can get hands-on learning in how to operate, monitor and maintain a zero carbon building.
